Job Title: Sales Promoter – Frozen Products (Seara)
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Promoters to represent Seara frozen products in supermarkets and hypermarkets across the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products, driving sales, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent product displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Seara frozen products to supermarket and hypermarket customers.
- Engage with customers, explain product benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Drive product sales and achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities when required.
- Maintain excellent product visibility, display standards, and shelf presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket staff and store management.
- Submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supermarket sales, food promotion, or the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
