Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote our products at mall locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is confident with clients, comfortable using computers and CRM systems, and skilled at retaining customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage customers at mall locations to promote company products and services.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Handle client enquiries professionally and build long-term relationships to retain customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Enter and update customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and attractive display or promotion area.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous sales or promotion experience preferred; UAE experience is an advantage.
- Presentable, well-groomed appearance with a confident, friendly personality.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work with CRM systems for data entry and customer follow-ups.
- Good command of spoken English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Ability to retain customers and build lasting relationships.
- Willing to work in shifts and meet sales targets.
