We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales client acquisition marketing and market expansion for fire protection and life safety training programs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training registrations client acquisition and revenue .
Identify and engage corporate clients government entities contractors consultants and other potential customers .
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business .
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility .
Promote training courses certifications facilities instructors and training capabilities through appropriate marketing channels.
Develop innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the academys position in the fire protection and life safety training market .
Research new markets industries companies and sectors requiring fire emergency response HSE and life safety training.
Identify and develop opportunities to introduce training programs to new industries and geographic markets .
Set and monitor sales lead generation conversion and revenue targets .
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve business results.
Maintain strong client relationships before during and after training programs .
Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Drive repeat business referrals corporate contracts and long-term training partnerships .
Strong sales and business development skills.
Experience in marketing and brand development .
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify new business and market opportunities.
Strong analytical reporting communication and presentation skills.
Experience in fire protection life safety HSE emergency response or training services will be an advantage.
