Sales Support Executive

We are seeking an experienced “Sales Support Specialist” to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Processing, and Lead Generation. This role will involve supporting our sales, marketing, and operations teams in global markets, with a focus on building brand awareness, identifying potential customers, setting up appointments, and ensuring the strong representation of the MR Chemie brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

• Utilize data analytics to identify and target potential leads across international markets.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to uncover new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads using CRM tools.

1. Inside Sales Support:

• Assist in preparing compelling sales pitches and presentations based on data insights.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.

1. Order Processing & Documentation:

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are correctly captured in the system.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Address distributor queries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing discrepancies.
• Resolve order-related issues and provide solutions to customers and distributors efficiently.

1. Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Participate in regular meetings to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Share best practices and innovative approaches to enhance team performance and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Processing, and Lead Generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM) and sales automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth.
