About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate PropTech SAS models CRM and Property Finder along with proven leadership and team-management capabilities.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market an established network of developers brokers and business owners and a proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.

This is a senior-level position requiring strong leadership communication account management and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manage motivate and develop the sales team to achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Set sales objectives monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers real estate brokers agencies and business owners.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking market research referrals and business development.

• Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement effective client retention and account management strategies.

• Monitor customer accounts renewals upselling cross-selling and revenue opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM management.

• Analyze sales performance revenue reports market trends and team KPIs.

• Conduct regular sales meetings performance reviews coaching sessions and training for team members.

• Ensure the sales team follows established sales processes and maintains accurate records in the CRM.

• Develop strong knowledge of competitors market conditions pricing and trends within the UAE real estate and PropTech sectors.

• Work closely with management and other departments to support business growth and customer success.

• Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Quali fications Expe rience & Skills

• Any bachelors degree.

• 57 years of overall professional experience preferably within Real Estate PropTech SAS CRM or related industries.

• Minimum 23 years of proven management/ team leadership experience.

• Strong experience and working knowledge of Property Finder and the UAE real estate.

• Experience with PropTech platforms SAS business models and CRM systems.

• Previous experience in UAE Real Estate highly preferred or strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market is required.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue/sales targets .

• Strong experience in Account Management and Client Management .

• Demonstrated experience in Account Retention renewals upselling and customer relationship management .

• Strong existing networks and relationships with developers brokers real estate agencies and business owners.

• Excellent sales negotiation presentation and business development skills.

• Strong leadership and management abilities.

• Ability to analyze sales data KPIs revenue performance and market trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License .

• Must hold a valid Emirates ID .

• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

• Must be willing to work f ull-time - office/onsite.

• Willingness and ability to travel.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English is must.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market .

Ideal Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales professional with demonstrated experience inleading sales teams managing key accounts retaining clients and generating revenue.

• You should be well-connected within the UAE real estate ecosystem and comfortable engaging with senior decisionmakers developers brokers agencies and business owners.

• Experience in Property Finder PropTech SAS CRM solutions or real-estate technology platforms will be highly valued.
