Salesforce Administrator (Part-time)

TL;DR

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to help transform Salesforce from an underutilized CRM into a simple, intuitive, and highly functional sales workspace. You'll work across sales workflows, CRM architecture, Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, integrations, and team enablement to make Salesforce the operational home and single source of truth for the sales organisation.

What you'll do

• Sales workflow & CRM architecture: Work with sales leadership to understand the sales process from prospecting and outbound sales through customer development and account management, and determine how these workflows should live within Salesforce
• Salesforce configuration & optimisation: Evaluate the existing Salesforce setup and configure objects, fields, page layouts, sales stages, views, permissions, activity tracking, automations, and data structures around the needs of the sales organisation
• Pipeline & sales operations: Build practical workflows for leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline management, opportunity progression, follow-ups, customer management, sales activity, goals, and accountability
• Data & process optimisation: Clean up and organise existing Salesforce data, identify unnecessary complexity, and simplify processes so the team can manage key customer and pipeline information effectively
• Automation & integrations: Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and duplicate entry through Salesforce automation and integrations, and determine what should be native to Salesforce, integrated with Salesforce, or left outside the CRM
• Dashboards & reporting: Build dashboards and reports covering total pipeline, pipeline by stage and salesperson, new opportunities, opportunity movement and velocity, wins/losses, sales activity, customer growth, forecasting, and individual/team performance
• Sales team experience: Create a clear, intuitive workspace where salespeople can quickly understand what opportunities they own, what needs attention, which follow-ups are due, where opportunities sit in the pipeline, what activity has occurred, and how they're tracking against goals
• Documentation & enablement: Provide lightweight documentation and practical training so the sales team understands how Salesforce fits into their everyday work and can confidently use the system

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong experience designing and optimising Salesforce environments for growing B2B sales organisations
• Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM architecture, pipeline management, and end-to-end sales workflows
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation, particularly Salesforce Flow, and integrating Salesforce with sales, prospecting, communication, or other revenue tools
• Experience building Salesforce dashboards, reports, forecasting, and sales performance tracking
• Ability to work with sales leadership to translate business needs into simple, practical CRM workflows, with strong judgment around when to configure, automate, integrate, or simplify
• Comfortable working directly with sales leadership and non-technical sales teams to understand requirements and drive CRM adoption
• Experience training sales teams and creating practical documentation for day-to-day CRM usage
• Salesforce certifications are welcome, but practical experience building simple, highly usable sales environments matters more than a long list of credentials

• Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with Salesforce data cleansing, migration, or restructuring
• Experience integrating Salesforce with prospecting, sales engagement, communication, or revenue intelligence tools
• Experience applying AI or AI-powered automation to Salesforce, sales operations, or CRM workflows
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development skills
• Experience improving CRM adoption within growing B2B sales teams
