Requirements for the Candidate:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude towards customer service and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management team.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling or networking activities.
• Develop knowledge about our products/services and keep up to date on industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner in order to maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain records of all sales activities such as orders received, quotes provided, etc., in order to provide accurate information for management reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience is required
• Knowledgeable about current market trends
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Must have valid UAE driver’s license
