SAP EWM Lead

What you'll be doing:

• Lead SAP EWM solution design and delivery across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Support global SAP deployments from design through go-live and post-launch support
• Drive warehouse process improvements around inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery execution
• Collaborate across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Lead and mentor SAP functional teams while supporting enterprise transformation initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Deep SAP EWM expertise
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Full lifecycle deployment experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years SAP experience with deep EWM and logistics expertise is preferred or 2 full deployment cycles with application integration experience with (ShipERP, OTM , WCS).
• Proven experience leading teams and supporting ERP or enterprise application implementations and migrations.
• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus, self-motivated, and internally driven
• Ability to troubleshoot SAP issues and to coordinate with other process experts to resolve integrated issues
• Naturally curious with a love of learning, and demonstrated application of new learning
