Sap financial consultant || 3rd party contract

Location: Kolkata
Qualification: CA or ICWA passed out candidates only
This is a 3rd party contractual role for initial 12 months. If you are interested then only apply.
Must be having similar or relevant experience on the same.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Core Module Ownership:
Functional oversight of FI-GL (General Ledger / ACDOCA Universal Journal), FI-AP (Payables), FI-AR (Receivables), FI-AA (Asset Accounting), and CO (Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting).
Business Analysis & Solution Design:
Engage directly with business units and Finance SMEs to diagnose process bottlenecks, document requirements, and author Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Closing & Reconciliation Support:
Provide hands-on assistance during month-end and year-end financial closings, resolving posting errors and reconciliation discrepancies.
Partner Deliverable Governance:
Supervise deliverables from external SAP technology partners, validating functional test scripts, UAT sign-offs, and transport requests prior to production deployment.
Integration Oversight:
Ensure seamless data flows across FI-SD (revenue recognition, billing, pricing), FI-MM (GR/IR clearing, valuation), and banking/taxation gateways (GST/TDS).
Continuous Improvement & User Training:
Prepare standard user manuals, conduct end-user training, and drive automation initiatives (auto-BRS, e-way bill workflows, digital reporting).

Improve skills and knowledge by attending regular training programs as per the training platforms and guidelines provided by the group.
Abide to all disciplinary procedures, guiding principles & core values of the organization.
Out-of-Box (innovative) thinking and work on new Initiatives to bring tangible benefit to the Organization.
