amp Experience with leave attendance employee information and manager-related transactions
- strong Provide functional support and configuration for SAP HCM modules Handle end-to-end SAP Indian Payroll processes
strong Configure and support payroll-related activities including - strong Payroll processing Gross-to-net calculation Tax calculation Provident Fund PF Employee State Insurance ESI Professional Tax PT Labour Welfare Fund LWF Income Tax Form 16 and statutory reporting
amp Payroll posting to Finance Handle payroll schema rules wage types and payroll-related configurations
Support payroll processing validation reconciliation and troubleshooting
Configure and support ESS Employee Self-Service functionalities
Configure and support MSS Manager Self-Service functionalities
strong Support employee and manager transactions such as - strong Personal information updates Leave absence management Attendance time-related requests Employee data changes Manager approvals Team employee information
amp Workflow-based requests Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams Perform configuration testing defect resolution and production support Support integration between SAP HCM and other modules systems Coordinate with HR business teams to resolve payroll and employee-related issues Prepare functional documentation process documentation and user guides Participate in enhancement rollout migration and implementation projects
