Scaffolding Sales Executive

Candidate Requirements & Sourcing Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated, numbers-driven Scaffolding Sales Executive with a strong commercial track record in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) .

This role is strictly focused on the B2B sale of brand-new manufacturing stock . Candidates whose experience is limited only to used equipment scaffolding rentals or scaffolding leasing will not be considered. You will be responsible for building a robust client pipeline of contractors, trade houses, and infrastructure buyers across the region.

• Total Requirements: 1 Open Position
• Location: UAE (Field & Office-based performance)
• Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable, visa fully provided by the employer)
• Joining Status: Immediate
• Volume Distribution Management: Command and execute sales strategies to hit aggressive volume targets, starting from 5 Tons per day and successfully building up to a volume of 20 Tons per day .
• Direct Sales Pipeline (No Rentals): Pitch, negotiate, and secure wholesale purchase contracts for brand-new Cuplock systems (Standards, Ledgers, Transoms, and related scaffolding components) directly from our manufacturing plant.
• Lead Generation & Field Sales: Move aggressively on the field to map out ongoing construction projects, structural steel buyers, infrastructure contractors, and large-scale stockists.
• Account Management: Oversee client transaction lifecycles—from initial pricing requests and order finalizations to ensuring timely payment receipts and client retention logs.

• UAE Market Experience: Minimum 5 Years of direct sales experience within the UAE scaffolding sector.
• Industry Domain Specialization: Must possess profound technical and commercial knowledge of Scaffolding (specifically Cuplock Systems). Experience must be verified in New Equipment Manufacturing & Sales (Non-Rental, Non-Used background).
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Driving Credentials: Must hold a valid, clean UAE Driving License with strong navigational familiarity across commercial zones.
• Linguistic Skills: Fully fluent in both English and Hindi to navigate professional procurement meetings and workforce networks smoothly.
• Working Schedule: Standard 9 to 10 hours daily shift patterns.
• Monthly Salary Bracket: AED 4,000 to AED 12,000 All-Inclusive (Basic, HRA, Accommodation, Meals, and Transport allowances are bundled directly into the monthly net payoff).
• Statutory Perks: Full medical insurance coverage and End-of-Service (EOS) benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
• Performance Incentives: 1% Net Sales Value incentive tier. Performance margins (e.g., hitting a sales volume benchmark of AED 2 Million) will be factored as a heavy performance average calculation during annual appraisal reviews.
