Science Teacher (American Curriculum)

We are searching for a passionate dedicated and dynamic Science teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the American Curriculum . The teacher will guide and support students in primary and middle school helping them achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Location: Al Falah City Abu Dhabi UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum standards ensuring the intellectual social and emotional growth of students.
  
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and explore.
  
• Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback to students and parents and implementing individualized strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  
• Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and positive behavior.
  
• Actively participate in professional development staff meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing updates on student progress challenges and achievements.
  
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
  
• Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed.
  

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of the American curriculum and ability to adapt it to meet students needs in an international context.
  
• Expertise in developing and organizing engaging lesson plans that are clear focused and achievable within the academic year.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science or a related field.
  
• Teaching qualification (PGCE . or equivalent).
  
• Commitment to student development and academic excellence.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting ideally within the American Curriculum.
