We are currently hiring a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef for a seasonal role in Ar-Ruwais, Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about culinary arts and eager to gain international experience.
Responsibilities
Create and implement innovative menus that meet the demands of our guests
Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food production
Manage inventory, budget, and cost control to maximize profits
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Experience working in Africa or other international locations is a plus
Must be able to obtain necessary work permits/visas for employment in Ar-Ruwais
Must be physically fit to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Compensation
Seasonal position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month
The package includes free visa and airfare
Accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost
