We are seeking a talented and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan for a seasonal position. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes that reflect the local cuisine and culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Create innovative menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality of food
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Knowledge of local cuisine and ingredients preferred

This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1300$. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position is best suited for someone who is currently living in Al-Rayyan or has plans to secure their own housing. This role is also suitable for students or individuals without prior professional experience who have a passion for cooking.
