Legal Counsel for Indian Nationals in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Legal Counsel to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid passport. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with free visa and ticket.
As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company on a variety of legal matters. This includes contract negotiations, compliance with local laws and regulations, risk management, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on legal issues and provide accurate and timely advice to management
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all business operations
- Identify potential risks for the company and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Represent the company in legal proceedings or negotiations with external parties
- Monitor changes in laws or regulations that may affect the company's operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- In-depth knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
