Win the trust of Dubai property owners and turn it into sale and rental mandates. You reach owners through structured phone outreach from our CRM, understand their plans for their property and guide those who are ready from the first call to a signed mandate, marketing, viewings and a successful transaction.
About the role
Most property owners in Dubai are not actively looking for an agent until the right person calls at the right moment. In this role you build INANI's portfolio of sale and rental listings by reaching owners directly, and you stay with them until their property is sold or let.
What you will do
- Call property owners from a structured owner database in our CRM, with a high daily volume of outbound calls
- Understand each owner's plans (selling, renting out or holding) and record every conversation and follow-up in the CRM
- Qualify interested owners and arrange valuations and property visits
- Secure sale and rental mandates and prepare the listings together with the team
- Handle viewings, offers and negotiations, and guide both sides through to transfer or tenancy contract
- Stay in touch after the transaction: many owners have a second property or a next step
What you bring
- Clear, confident spoken English; further languages such as Arabic, Russian or Hindi are an advantage
- Persistence and structure: you keep a consistent call rhythm and follow up reliably
- Experience in sales, telesales or real estate; experience in Dubai's secondary market is an advantage
- A valid RERA broker card (BRN), or the readiness to obtain one
- Knowledge of Dubai's communities and resale market, or the curiosity to learn it quickly
What INANI offers
- A structured owner database and a CRM built for organised outreach and follow-up
- A small team with a direct line to the founder and support on valuations, mandates and negotiations
- Performance-based compensation within a transparent commission structure, explained openly in the introductory conversation
Confident communicators who enjoy the phone, stay consistent over a high daily call volume and want to build a lasting portfolio of owner relationships in Dubai's resale and rental market.
