Responsibilities Monitor entrance and exit points ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility Supervise the flow of members, staff, and visitors to ensure security compliance Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies in accordance with company policies Act as first responder to safety or medical incidents and coordinate with appropriate emergency services when required File accurate incident reports for any events related to safety, theft, injury, or policy violations Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence at the entrance and around the facility Assist members and staff with security-related questions or issues in a courteous manner Work closely with facility operations, reception, and housekeeping to ensure safety across departments Enforce club rules and ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures Support the evacuation process in case of fire drills or emergencies Ensure members do not bring restricted items or engage in unsafe behaviors within the facility Cover Reception if needed or instructed by the Division Manager Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Certificate in Security or Safety Management CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus Fire Safety or Emergency Response Training is a plus
