Security Supervisor

As the Security Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate security measures, ensuring the protection of our staff, customers, and assets. You will work closely with the management team to implement security protocols, conduct regular security audits, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing effective supervision and guidance.
• Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities and take appropriate action.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and customer complaints, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• A recognized security certification or relevant qualification, such as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Manager (CSM).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using security technology and systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• A thorough understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the nature of the role.
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
