Senior Account Manager

Our client is an established agency in Dubai, working with a portfolio of high-profile international clients across dynamic, fast-paced markets. They are looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a key client account and play a central role in delivering high-quality campaigns and day-to-day client engagement.

This is an opportunity for an experienced agency-side account management professional who is confident managing senior stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard from brief through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with a key client, acting as a trusted point of contact across ongoing projects and campaigns.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business and communication objectives.
• Lead projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and expectations are effectively managed.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, strategy, production, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different workstreams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure work is aligned with the client brief and delivered to a high standard.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and feedback throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Prepare and lead client meetings, status updates, presentations, and project discussions.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and provide practical solutions before they impact delivery.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand the scope of work and strengthen the client relationship.
• Work closely with senior agency leadership on account planning, commercial discussions, and strategic priorities.
• Maintain clear documentation, project tracking, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience within an agency environment , preferably across advertising, creative, marketing, communications, or integrated agencies.
• Proven experience in client servicing and account management , managing projects from brief to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and the ability to coordinate creative, production, strategy, and other specialist teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within fast-paced environments.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with both working-level and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to develop and retain client relationships.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership and accountability for assigned accounts and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Previous experience working with regional or international clients is advantageous.
