Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support audits and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Lead process improvements and enhance financial governance practices.
- Mentor and guide finance team members as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent).
- 6-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Experience within large corporates, government entities, investment environments, or diversified groups is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
