Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their accounting team on a temporary basis to assist with audit preparation, fiscal year-end close, grant accounting and financial reporting. This position does have long-term potential for the right candidate who comes with a strong background in nonprofit accounting, including grant accounting, month-end close and audit preparation. This individual will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining compliance with grant requirements. The position is located in Lower Manhattan and is fully onsite.

Compensation: $45 - $55/hr, depending on experience.
