Senior Accountant

QLife Pharma is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring efficient handling of accounting responsibilities. Candidates who are currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accounting data using QuickBooks and Odoo software.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in account reconciliations, reporting, and financial documentation.
• Work independently while managing multiple accounting responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Odoo software.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities effectively.
• Must be currently based in Qatar.
• Immediate joiners with relevant experience will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of

• QuickBooks, Odoo, and accounting software.
• Financial reporting, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Accounting principles, record management, and financial compliance. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
