Our footprint covers the Middle East and North Africa and Western Europe including the United Kingdom with further territorial reach into Los Angeles Mumbai and New the UAE we hold offices in Dubai Fujairah and Sharjah and we serve clients across all Emirates.
We are not a factory. We are a house of specialists that behaves like a team.
Our clients are high-net-worth individuals family offices private business owners entrepreneurs building the next chapter of their venture and mid-market to large corporate groups operating in the UAE and abroad. They come to us because their affairs are not simple: cross-border structures multi-jurisdictional filings sensitive family matters sophisticated investment vehicles complex tax exposures. They come to us because they want to speak to somebody who understands their file remembers it next month and does the work with them not to a partner who signs off on the work of a junior who signs off on the work of another junior.
Kindness. Patience. Excellence. Care. These are not slogans. They are the standard against which we measure every deliverable that leaves this firm every call we take every email we send.
Our clients receive senior attention on every matter. They receive answers that are technically sharp and commercially practical. They receive them on time. And they receive them from human beings who can articulate the reasoning behind the conclusion not just the conclusion itself.
We are a small tight team where the founders are still in the trenches. Managing Directors Romain and Muby Astruc lead the firm together and personally handle client matters every day. Our Department heads Anup on the accounting audit tax payroll and liquidation services side do the same: they supervise yes but they also open the ledger review the reconciliation sit with the client and get the work done.
Internally we look after each other. We speak plainly. We disagree openly and respectfully. We celebrate real wins and we hold each other accountable with kindness when we fall short. We do not run appraisals to tick boxes; we run them because we want each other to grow.
