Role Overview :
The Senior Admission Counsellor/Team Lead is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs. Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions. Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.Eligibility :
3+ years Ed Tech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred). Min 1 year of Team Lead experience. Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization. Graduation mandatory. Proven target achievement record. Comfortable working 6 days/week. Strong communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.Compensation :
