Job overview
The Senior Analyst, HR Services will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of core HR operations, including Payroll and Benefits, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Offboarding, and various Employee Experience projects. This role will also contribute significantly to the OneOoredoo transformation program, working closely with the Manager HR Operations & Systems to help shape a strong HR infrastructure and position Ooredoo as an Employer of Choice.
Your impact on our goals HR Services & Employee Relations
- Respond to and resolve all internal and external HR services related inquiries or requests.
- Provide end to end HR Services support for employees and contractors.
- Ensure all payroll related matters adhere to company HR policies, deadlines, and local labor laws.
- Undertake HR services administration activities and maintain data integrity.
Monthly Payroll
- Review payroll changes and all payroll records for employees, secondees, and contractors.
- Process payroll and prepare payroll reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
- Process pension administration and coordinate with Finance on loan balances and budgets.
One Ooredoo Transformation Program
- Data Mapping & Migration: Assist in mapping, cleansing, and migrating HR data from Oracle to SAP.
- System Testing: Participate in UAT to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
- Process Documentation: Help document new processes, workflows, and SOPs in the new system.
- Change Management Support, Issue Tracking, and Reporting Validation.
Your profile Experience:
- 5 years of work experience in HR is preferred, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Specialist knowledge of Oracle HRMS, SAP systems, and payroll processing & management.
- Knowledge of Qatari employment law and QFC regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Management or related field.
