Job Overview

AREC Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its team in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15+ years of architectural experience in the UAE, with mandatory experience in engineering consultancy. Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, knowledge of UAE regulations, and experience handling authority submissions and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate architectural work with structural and MEP teams.
• Handle authority submissions and approval processes.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of architectural experience in the UAE.
• Previous engineering consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Expert-level knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and authority approval requirements.
• Experience preparing architectural designs and technical documentation.
