Key Responsibilities - Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
- Review and coordinate IFC TQ PTC and contract documents
- Manage subcontractors shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building codes
- Coordinate between Architecture Structural MEP and other disciplines
- Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
- Lead and manage architects engineers and draftsmen
- Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
- Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal logs
- Support QS Commercial teams with design changes and variations
- Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination
Requirements - Minimum 8 years of contracting experience
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building requirements
- Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals
- Strong coordination and contractual management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM Revit is required
- Must have technical experience,Must have an architectural background,Must have contractor experience.
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
