In this vital role, you will enhance the promotion of Amgen's products and communicate key messages by collaborating with partners to serve patients:* Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans* Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager* Contribute to cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities* Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge* Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate* Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion* Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date* Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs* Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities* Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers* Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development.**Win****What we expect of you**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
