About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Senior Executive to expand UCS's client base across its core B2B credit management services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consultative B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking , and industry events.
• Pitch UCS's solutions to CFOs, Finance Heads, Credit Managers, and senior decision-makers .
• Understand clients' credit risk and receivables challenges and recommend suitable UCS solutions.
• Build, manage, and consistently maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate commercials and independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations/servicing team for smooth client onboarding and handover.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities in credit management, B2B collections, receivables, and trade finance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales/pipeline reports to management.

 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B Business Development/Sales, preferably in financial services, credit management, debt collection, banking/NBFC, or B2B services.
• Experience dealing with CFOs, Finance Heads, Credit Teams, or senior corporate decision-makers will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
• Good understanding of B2B credit, receivables, collections, or trade finance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office .
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred .
