Job Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support HR Technology projects in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on requirements gathering, Agile delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across HRMS, HR Technology and Enterprise Portal solutions.
The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 3 years in HR Technology, HRMS or Employee Self-Service portals. Strong knowledge of business requirements documentation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, UAT management and stakeholder coordination is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive requirements gathering and business analysis for HR Technology projects.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain BPMN/UML documentation and requirements traceability.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery using Azure DevOps.
- Lead UAT cycles, defect management and stakeholder sign-off.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and perform basic SQL-related activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams throughout delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Technology, HRMS or Employee Self-Service portals.
- Strong expertise in:
- BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- BPMN/UML and requirements traceability.
- Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- UAT cycles, defect management and stakeholder sign-off.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and basic SQL.
- Experience with Figma, Visio, Confluence and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or custom HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, leave management and workflow approvals.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSM or CSPO certifications are a plus.
