We are currently looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst (UAE National)to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospital quality management and healthcare performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate clinical quality standards within the hospital
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Conduct audits and support quality improvement initiatives
Analyze performance data and prepare quality reports
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care standards
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati)
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in a hospital setting
Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
