Client of MBR Partners is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to own the company’s commercial contracting activities in the UAE. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, licensing and professional services with sales, procurement and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong in-house commercial/technology contracts experience, exposure to GCC/MENA markets, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
