Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar Senior Construction Manager (Egyptian)
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time
Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors
Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and schedule for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
