Senior contract analyst – lng sales – rt0010

We are working with a leading international energy organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst to join their LNG Sales function. This is a commercially focused role supporting the administration and compliance of LNG Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), ensuring accurate execution of cargo documentation, invoicing, contractual notices, and key commercial calculations. Key Responsibilities
Support implementation and ongoing administration of LNG SPAs Prepare contractual notices in line with agreement requirements Issue cargo documentation and invoices in accordance with SPA and Confirmation Notices Perform commercial calculations including pricing, laytime, reconciliations and verification of supporting invoices Liaise with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Legal to resolve cargo and payment matters Coordinate engagement with buyers, external service providers and surveyors as required Support internal governance activities and compliance monitoring Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar discipline Minimum 8 years’ experience in hydrocarbon sales contracts administration (LNG preferred) Strong analytical and commercial awareness High attention to detail with the ability to manage strict deadlines Strong Excel / spreadsheet modelling capability Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English SAP exposure beneficial
