Job Summary In this role, you will be required to provide legal advice on legal and compliance matters, with a particular focus on competition law. Prepares procedures and policies on a range of legal and compliance matters, including in the aviation sector. Research and prepare contracting and negotiating strategies considering all legal, economic variables and Indices to attain a superior informed negotiating positions, considers creative solutions. Enters into negotiations to obtain the ideal cost for value outcome.
About You The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in aviation law. You would be a qualified lawyer with a relevant law degree. In order to be successful in this position, you would have previous experience in a reputable airline company. Experience in a multi-cultural environment in contracts and legal management is preferred. You must have experience and a track record of successfully having negotiated complex, high profile contracts with specific reference to the aforementioned types. You would rely on extensive experience, judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
