We are seeking an Senior Aviation Cost Estimator/Planner to join our team and take the lead in providing our airport clients with expert cost advice and advisory services. Utilising your experience of working on aviation projects globally and in the Middle East you will lead the preparation and or review of cost and capital expenditure plans updating and maintaining our aviation cost benchmarks as well as providing project management support for cost services to our aviation clients. You will be the focal point for all aviation related cost and commercial bids and projects. You will possess a strong track record in providing cost advisory services as well as detail-oriented and analytical cost planning with an evidencable aviation project background.
You will be able to operate with a top down approach to cost estimating as someone who is familiar with global/regional benchmarks highly familiar with the scope of airport projects and how they are typically assembled through a range of differing procurement routes and also be familiar with the types of professional teams and associated fee levels that are typically deployed for differing types of projects.
This role will be both client facing whilst leaning directly into providing outputs and deliverables to support advisory services to our clients whilst also being the internal interface between the Aviation Market team and our broader Cost Consultancy and Management capability both in the Middle East and globally.
