JOB TITLE Senior Creative Retail Design Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Within the Visual Merchandising & Design team and reporting directly to the Head of Visual Merchandising & Design, the Senior Creative Retail Design Manager designs, sketches and develops all of Parfums de Marly's *ephemeral* animation concepts. He/she works in close collaboration with the marketing team, owner of the marketing plan and trade plan, as well as with the brand's founder, turning strategic direction into strong, coherent creative concepts that can be deployed across all markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, sketch and create all of the brand's *ephemeral* animation concepts (window displays, point-of-sale animations, event and temporary installations).
• Develop creative animation concepts directly aligned with the trade plan defined by the marketing team, ensuring both commercial relevance and visual impact.
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate marketing plan and trade plan objectives from the earliest design stage.
• Liaise directly with the brand's founder to ensure concepts remain aligned with the house's creative vision and universe.
• Build genuine market-deployment thinking into every concept, ensuring creations meet real market needs and operational constraints, for a truly 360° approach.
• Lead the technical development of concepts, from initial sketch through to production and deployment feasibility.
• Maintain creative watch and proactively propose new ideas to keep the brand's animations fresh and relevant.
• Contribute to defining the creative animation strategy alongside the Head of Visual Merchandising & Design

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

• Degree in design, art or a creative field, with a strong creative profile.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience creating retail animations or *ephemeral* concepts, ideally gained within major perfumery brands.
• Agency experience is a plus, in addition to in-house brand experience.
• Proven experience deploying creative concepts across markets, with a solid understanding of local needs and constraints.
• French-speaking profile required, with a strong sensitivity to the house's culture and aesthetic codes.
• Strong technical skills, able to bridge creativity and operational feasibility.
• Fluent English required.
• Availability for regular international travel.
• Proficiency in design and creative rendering tools (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D drawing/rendering tools).
• Solid understanding of production and deployment constraints for temporary animation devices.
• Ability to translate a creative concept into technical specifications usable by markets and vendors.
