Senior Digital Banking Manager
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of digital banking platforms, including mobile applications, online portals, middleware, and core banking integrations. Drive high-impact digital banking projects from inception to launch, managing technical roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery requirements. Manage third-party Fin Tech vendors and integrations, ensuring platform performance, scalability, security, and adherence to agreed service levels. Coordinate with regulatory and compliance stakeholders to ensure digital banking solutions meet Qatar Central Bank requirements, cybersecurity, data residency, AML/KYC, and consumer protection standards. Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in digital banking, platform development, or technical project management, with proven experience launching a major digital banking, neobanking, or mobile platform from the ground up. Hands-on regulatory coordination experience.Education Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of core banking APIs Microservices
Languages: Arabic (mandatory), English (strong advantage)
