Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our client s marketing team in Dubai Production City. The role runs from an immediate start until 15 January 2027, with a possible extension.

You will:

• Run paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat
• Set up accurate tracking for enquiries and sales
• Turn performance data into clear actions and recommendations

You ll own campaigns from planning through optimisation and reporting, and work closely with external agencies to make sure deliverables and results stay on track.

This is a senior but fully hands-on role. We re looking for someone who has personally built and managed campaigns, not only overseen them.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management

• Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Build full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, interest and purchases, including retargeting for warm audiences.

Tracking and Measurement

• Set up and check GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events and UTMs to make sure enquiries and sales are tracked correctly.
• Keep data accurate across platforms so results can be trusted.

Performance and Optimisation

• Analyse results, find the reasons for weak performance and take action to improve outcomes and control costs.
• Optimise against key metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.

CRM and Reporting

• Collect, organise and analyse customer and lead data, segment audiences and report on enquiries and conversions.
• Present clear results and recommendations using Excel and dashboards such as Looker Studio.

Agency Management

• Manage digital marketing agencies, review their work and follow up on campaign results, deliverables and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns from planning through optimisation and reporting
• Experience personally setting up campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat
• Practical experience setting up tracking, events, pixels, UTMs, GA4 and GTM
• Strong ability to read performance data and act on it
• Experience working with CRM data and building reports in Excel and Looker Studio
• Experience managing digital marketing agencies

Ideal Background

• Experience promoting events or selling tickets online is a strong advantage
• E-commerce campaign experience is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and marketing automation

Working Conditions

• Contract: immediate start until 15 January 2027, with a possible extension
• Office-based: 5 days a week in Dubai Production City
• Visa: you must hold your own valid UAE visa
• Availability: immediate start required
