Our client is a growing direct-to- consumer products company seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale its direct-to-consumer business. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing , this individual will serve as the primary owner of the ecommerce function and partner closely with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and overall digital commerce performance.
This is a highly visible leadership role with regular interaction with the executive team and the opportunity to influence the future growth strategy of the organization. The successful candidate will operate in a lean environment with significant autonomy and accountability, serving as both strategist and hands-on operator.
