Senior Executive Recruitment- Emirati

We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our clients HR team. This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition strong sourcing capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business units
• Create and optimise job descriptions to attract top talent
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Prepare interview schedules and facilitate interview panels
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National
• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency with Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) or similar SAP systems
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience in conducting effective interviews and candidate assessments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
