Senior Facilitator – Succession Planning & Talent Strategy – Abu Dhabi

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Succession Planning & Talent Strategy and is looking for a credible Senior Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Abu Dhabi and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Succession Planning & Talent Strategy learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Succession Planning & Talent Strategy content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Succession Planning & Talent Strategy training sessions for client teams linked to Abu Dhabi and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
