This role will report to the VP of Financial Reporting & Analysis, with direct exposure to the CFO, and will be responsible for building and owning all board reporting, lender reporting, and the company's master operational reporting suite. The role provides regular, direct exposure to the executive team, the company's lenders, and its private equity sponsors — making it a high-visibility seat for someone early in their career who wants a fast track into the center of a rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Board Reporting – Own the preparation and production of board reporting packages, working with the CFO, VP of
Financial Reporting & Analysis, and functional leaders to ensure materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on
schedule.
Lender Reporting – Own recurring lender and credit-facility reporting deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate
submission and coordinating with Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A on underlying data.
Master Operational Reporting – Design, build, and maintain the company's master suite of operational reports and KPI
dashboards, serving as a single source of truth for leadership across the organization.
Executive & Sponsor Presentations – Build recurring and ad hoc PowerPoint materials for the executive team, lenders,
and private equity sponsors, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready narratives.
BI & Data Tools – Leverage BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks) to build and refine dashboards and reporting
automation, reducing manual reporting effort over time.
Cross-Functional Partnership – Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Regional Vice Presidents of
Finance & Accounting to source, validate, and standardize data used in company-wide reporting.
M&A & Sponsor Support – Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests tied to M&A activity, sponsor diligence,
and portfolio-company reporting cadences.
Process Improvement – Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, templates, and controls to
increase accuracy, speed, and scalability as the company continues to grow.

QUALIFICATIONS
2–3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

data with minimal direction.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data manipulation.
Working proficiency in at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar); willingness and ability to quickly
learn PBFS's Databricks-based reporting environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence to interact directly with the CFO, senior
leadership, lenders, and private equity sponsors.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent, deadline-driven
workstreams.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward ownership – comfortable building something from a blank page rather than only
maintaining existing reports.
Prior exposure to private equity-backed or highly acquisitive companies is a plus, but not required.
