Description:

CasTech Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join its head office team in Sharjah. This leadership position focuses on guiding regional HR operations, aligning workforce strategies with business growth, and strengthening overall human resource systems across local and international business units.

The selected candidate will direct end-to-end HR management including workforce planning, performance appraisal frameworks, organizational policy compliance, employee engagement, and advisory support for senior leadership across diverse regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement strategic HR programs aligned with corporate growth targets.
• Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead performance management frameworks, employee training, and leadership development programs.
• Direct compensation, benefits structures, and payroll administration oversight.
• Maintain HR policies, ensure statutory compliance with local labor laws, and handle employee relations.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration; 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with 4 to 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity within the GCC.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, regional HR policy design, and multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks.
• Key Competencies: UAE and Saudi labor law expertise, strategic talent acquisition, performance appraisal models, compensation design, and industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or chemicals is an added advantage.
