Job description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Professional to lead and maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems across our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement HSE policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, lead audits, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain HSE Management Systems.
- Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHAD requirements.
- Deliver HSE inductions and training programs.
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and safety initiatives.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Support continuous improvement of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 7-10 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, OSHAD, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
