Senior Interior Designer (Workplace)

We are partnering with a large-scale architectural design firm in New York City.

They are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer with experience in leading commercial workplace projects. You will bring a strategic mindset, great customer service, and communication skills. Proactive and documentation expertise.

Responsebilities

• Client-facing throughout the design phase
• Review all design work of the team
• Ensure all design work is being delivered on time and presented to the client
• Develop programs, space standards and test fits, schematics and basic code analysis
• Develop 3D models with Revit to show the design concept including lighting and FF&E
• Prepare bid documents
• Coordinate design development package
• Review engineering documents to ensure they align with the design intent
• Review shop drawings
• On-site visits

Requirements

• Having experience of successfully delivering workplace interiors.
• Ability to create photorealistic renders
• Great working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite
• Understanding of all the construction stages
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to juggle between multiple projects and ensure successful deliveries
