ACWA China is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide dedicated support to Business Development on power and water projects across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. The role focuses on O&M matters, PPP/PFI structures and interface with lenders on project financing.
You will draft and negotiate OMAs, LTSAs, PPAs, NDAs and back-to-back agreements, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet aggressive bid timelines while ensuring risk is appropriately allocated.
