Senior Legal Counsel -UAE
Our client is a global technology company of 1.5k employees providing cloud-based software solutions to the telecommunications industry with customers across international markets. As the business continues to expand across the GCC and Middle East they are looking to establish a stronger legal presence in the UAE.
They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to take ownership of the companys commercial contracting activities in the region.
The role will focus heavily on drafting reviewing and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements working closely with sales procurement and senior business stakeholders. This will include MSAs SaaS/software agreements SOWs licensing professional services and other customer and partner contracts.
