Senior Licensing Manager

Allocation Assist Middle East is a healthcare consulting company based in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in consulting highly accomplished Doctors to explore career and life changing opportunities in prestigious renowned hospitals in the Gulf region.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Licensing Manager at Allocation Assist Middle East. The Senior Licensing Manager will be responsible for managing the team with DHA / DOH / MOH / QCHP / SCFHS Licensing process, including preparation, verification, processing, monitoring, and issuance of licenses. Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Possess a strong, confident personality complemented by humility, with the ability to effectively oversee the department to maintain high levels of motivation and morale.
• Licensing expertise to handle SCFHS / UAE / DHA / DOH / MOH Licensing; Credentialing, and Examination process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Initiate communication with clients for timely submission of necessary documents.
• Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and licensing requirements within the specified guidelines.
• Coordinate with the clients using a professional and friendly communication channel for timely processing of documents.
• Be actively involved in the quality improvement activities within the company.
• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.
