Senior Litigation Paralegal

Consilio’s Direct Hire Recruiting Team is partnering with an Am Law 100 firm to identify a Litigation Paralegal to join their DC office.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

We are seeking a career Litigation Paralegal with deep experience managing complex commercial and labor & employment litigation from inception through trial.

This role is ideal for a senior-level paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys taking ownership of large-scale discovery, eDiscovery management, trial preparation, and courtroom support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support complex commercial and labor & employment litigation matters
• Manage all phases of discovery and document production
• Utilize Relativity, IPRO, PACER, Westlaw, and LexisNexis for research and case management
• Prepare and manage deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials
• Coordinate with attorneys, litigation support teams, vendors, and court personnel
• Attend and provide hands-on support during trials and other proceedings
• Handle federal, state, and appellate court matters

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (10+ years preferred)

✔ Strong defense-side litigation background

✔ Experience supporting labor & employment and/or commercial litigation matters

✔ Significant eDiscovery experience, including Relativity

✔ Trial preparation and trial attendance experience

✔ Knowledge of federal and state court procedures

✔ Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a collaborative team environment
